These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrape AI platform operated by Sean Balbale ("Astrape," "we," "us"). By using Astrape, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account or using Astrape, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Beta Service

Astrape is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to outages, data loss, or changes without notice during this period.

3. Permitted Use

Astrape is provided for personal, non-commercial athletic training purposes. You may not use the platform to build competing products, scrape data, or circumvent access controls.

4. Health Disclaimer

Astrape provides informational coaching guidance and is not a medical service. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant changes to your training, especially if you have a medical condition. Astrape is not liable for injuries or health outcomes arising from training decisions.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting sean.balbale@astrapeai.com.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
